Great experience, Less Pest was recommended to me and I’m very glad they were. Rachel was lovely and did all the organising for me including sorting the building inspector on short notice. Ryan did a great report, and followed through with a phone call to answer any and all questions I had, not afraid to be honest with you and said to call him anytime. Would definitely recommend to anyone buying a future home!

Had Pest and Building inspection done by Less Pest and their recommended builder. Ryan and Rachael arranged everything which took the pressure off me. They did a great job and got the report back to me within 24hrs as promised. I would highly recommend them 😀

Ryan from LessPest was referred to us as someone who would do a thorough job, we were not disappointed. He did a very thorough inspection and explained each step as he worked. We can not fault anything with this company, Rachael in the office was very nice to deal with too. A good experience and we are happy to recommend Ryan to anyone seeking a thorough inspection.
